Rules Committee, New Policies

After passing a policy, the Board shall publish all policies in the minutes for a one month review. Homeowners may send all comments in writing to the property manager (CWD Group). After the one month review, all homeowner comments will be reviewed at the next Board meeting and the existing policy will be either kept or amended. The enforcement of the policy will be waived during the one month review and enforced in full thereafter.
