Landscape & Operations:

• Landscaping in front of Scarborough Entrance Sign (on 148th Street SE). If you are interested in helping out in the design and installation of landscaping items for this project, please contact the Landscape Committee Chair

• Electrician needed. We are in need of a volunteer electrician. Occasionally, the entrance lights need minor work and we'd like to cut back on costs by utilizing a volunteer homeowner who can help troubleshoot and repair the problem instead of hiring an electrician at full rate. If you can offer your services, please contact The CWD Group.

• Block Watch Program - If you'd like to set up a Block Watch Program in your neighborhood, we have the contact information to get you started. Each neighborhood or small section of the community can have its own program set up, but must be initiated by interested homeowners. Please contact The CWD Group

• Scotch Broom Clean Up - Volunteer needed to head up committee to organize scotch broom cleanup. Please contact the Landscape Committee Chair or The CWD Group for more information.
