Note: Beware of possible scams including where persons contact you via email and offer you more money than you are asking for your item. Scammers can approach you by email, by saying that they can sign over a cashiers check or certified check for over the asking price of item. They then ask you to wire the remaining balance to another account. This is a current on-going scam. The cashiers check or certified checks have up to five days to clear, and usually the money is not there. By this time the money will have been wired to their account and you have lost your item and money out of your account.

To cut down on any possible scams, it is recommended that you only deal with local residents when selling your items. The classified ads below have all been pre-screened and are only from the residents of Silver Firs II.

All original hardware is included but not all are installed.
