About Silver Firs II

General Information

Silver Firs Phase II is a housing subdivision located in lower Snohomish County in the state of Washington. We are located approximately 25 miles north of Seattle and just east of the City of Mill Creek.

Our communities include Canterbury, Canterbury Heights, Hillcrest, Pembridge, Scarborough, Sherwood, The Cottages, Thornbury, and Vintage and are located along Puget Park Drive and 148th Street SE. The Silver Firs II neighborhoods consist of 880 homes and 86 acres of common area. Among our many amenities are many sport courts, tot lots, a tennis court and a youth soccer field. The communities' goal is to support neighborhood pride, caring and harmony.
