ANNUAL MEETING INVITATION
February 7, 2000
Dear Silver Firs Phase II Homeowner:
We are writing to invite you to attend the Annual Meeting of Silver Firs Phase II Homeowners Association. The meeting will take place on Monday, February 28, 2000, at 7:00 PM in the Silver Firs Elementary School cafeteria located at 5909 146th Place SE, Everett, Washington.
Enclosed you will find an Agenda for the Annual Meeting and the Proposed Budget for the Year 2000. It is important that you make every effort to attend the Annual Meeting. Items such as the Proposed Budget for the Year 2000 and a new Silver Firs Phase II Homeowners Association Web Page will be introduced and discussed in detail. You will be provided with important information and there will be Question and Answer periods following the discussion of these topics.
