Summary
Based on your feedback, the board has decided to extend the deadline for casting your vote on the 2000 Budget. The deadline is now THR of next week, MAR-30-00. If you have not received a ballot by MON, MAR-27-00, you may pick up a new ballot at the board meeting. The meeting is MON, MAR-27-00 at 7:00 PM in the Centex model home park near 132nd Street. We will be there from 6 PM to get you what you need and answer questions. At 7:00 PM we will start the meeting.
If you get a ballot, turn it in ASAP, but no later than mail pickup next THR, MAR-30-00.

Many of you have not received your ballots or just got them today. Tammy at Centex mailed them all at once and I got mine on SAT, MAR-18 so apparently there is some significant delay at the post office. The other reason is that we addressed them to the homeowners in the Centex database and some of those people have moved. Therefore the ballot would have been forwarded to the wrong address.
Our apologies and thanks for your patience during these unusual circumstances. We tried to get the vote complete by Monday's board meeting. It just didn't work out.
